    2. Services Provided

    VE Hospitality Private Limited provides Hotel and Asset Management Services and Property management services, including but not limited to lease management, maintenance coordination, and rent collection. Details of our services are outlined in our service agreements separately generally termed as “Statement of Works”  on a case-to-case basis. The services mentioned here are only for understanding purpose. The services shall vary from client to client and shall be unique.

     

    3. Client Responsibilities

    Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their property and financial status.

    Compliance: Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding property management and rental agreements.

    Access: Clients must provide necessary access to their property for maintenance, inspections, and other services as needed.

     

    4. Tenant Responsibilities

    Rent Payments: Tenants must pay rent on time as specified in their lease agreement.

    Property Care: Tenants must maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.

    Compliance: Tenants must comply with all terms of the lease agreement and adhere to community rules and regulations.

     

    5. Fees and Payments

    Management Fees: Our management fees are outlined in the service agreement and may include a percentage on services rendered or a flat fee.

    Additional Charges: Additional fees may apply for services not covered in the standard management agreement, such as emergency repairs or legal services.

    Payment Terms: Payments for services are due according to the terms specified in the service agreement or invoice.

     

    6. Termination

    By Client: Clients may terminate the property management agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement.

    By VE Hospitality Private Limited: We may terminate the agreement with written notice if the client fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions as agreed mutually in the Memorandum of Understanding [OR] Agreement, [OR] if required by law.

     

    7. Limitation of Liability

    VE Hospitality Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the website. Our liability shall be confined to the mutually agreed Agreement.

     

    8. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

     

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately upon posting.

     

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought only in the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
